Mr. Sajan kumar Bansal
A Commerce graduate, Shri Sajan Bansal founded Skipper in 1981 as a small telecom pole manufacturer and led it to become a leading supplier by the ’90s. His vision in the early 2000s expanded Skipper into Power Transmission Towers and Poles, shaping it into one of the world’s largest manufacturers and a fully integrated engineering solutions provider.

Mr. Sharan Bansal, a Mechanical Engineer from Georgia Tech, launched Skipper’s Power Transmission vertical in 2003, building it into India’s largest T&D structure manufacturer with 4 plants and 375,000 MT capacity. He also positioned Skipper as a leading EPC player capable of 800 KV HVDC projects, with exports to 65+ countries. Under his leadership, Skipper has earned multiple accolades, including three “Largest Tower Supplier” awards and the “Emerging EPC Player” award from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.

A Harvard Business School and St. Xavier’s College alumnus, Mr. Devesh Bansal leads Skipper’s Polygonal Monopoles, Telecom, and Railways verticals while driving expansion across North America and Europe. Focused on innovation and global partnerships, he aims to position Skipper among the world’s top T&D structure manufacturers by 2029. He is also an active member of EEPC, the HBS Club of India, and YPO Greater India.

Mr. Siddharth Bansal, armed with degrees in Entrepreneurship and International Business, has led Skipper Pipes for over a decade, driving nationwide expansion and rapid growth. Overseeing procurement, operations, marketing, and sales, he has helped Skipper Pipes become one of India’s fastest-growing organized piping brands, known for quality, trust, and innovation.
